We are seeking a dedicated Senior Business Analyst to join a high-performing team focused on delivering quality training outcomes for volunteers. This contract role offers the opportunity to drive innovation and continuous improvement in a compliance-focused environment.
What You Will Do:
- Perform high-level business analysis to ensure technical deliverables meet user acceptance criteria and fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Undertake investigative work to document business processes and ICT requirements, recommending improvements to information systems.
- Develop comprehensive functional requirements covering system functionality, usability, security, performance, and data conversion.
- Utilise modeling techniques to design end-to-end service mappings and document procedures aligned with industry best practices.
- Contribute to the specification and design of system reports while conducting quality reviews of project and production deliverables.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
- Proven expertise in Learner Management System (LMS) optimisation and managing user access and support.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to identify end-user requirements and provide guidance during system trials.
- Demonstrated experience in system testing and conducting quality assurance activities against design deliverables.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting, LMS data analysis, and trend reporting.
- Experience within an RTO workplace or highly transferable skills in data and register management.
