About the Role

- Experience in concrete framed structures. Medium to high rise with Precast and Post-tensioned design experience(highly regarded)
- Coordinate with internal and external project stakeholders
- Lead small size project lifecycles from concept through to detailed design and construction support, ensuring outcomes are safe, cost-effective, and compliant
- Manage aspects of the design and co-ordination of medium to large projects with support from senior staff

About You

You are a technically proficient and relationship-driven engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality engineering outcomes.

What you bring

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 4+ years' local structural design experience within the building sector
- Professional Engineering registration
- Chartered or RPEQ status (or working towards)desirable




- Proven track record in project delivery and client-facing roles
- Proficiency in design and analysis software including Inducta Suite (RCB, SLB, PTD), ETABS, RAPT, SpaceGass, RAM
- Strong understanding of Australian Standards and NCC requirements
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills
- An understanding of lateral stability design of large buildings, including earthquake requirements and wind loading
