BLC Queensland is seeking a reliable, motivated, and hardworking Landscape Maintenance Worker to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of commercial landscapes, helping deliver high-quality maintenance services for local councils, developers, schools, and commercial clients. You'll be part of a professional team that takes pride in delivering exceptional results while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

- Mowing, edging, and maintaining turf areas, including fertilising programs
- Weed control, mulching, hedge trimming, and general garden maintenance
- Planting tube stock, advanced plants, shrubs, and trees
- Removing dead or damaged vegetation and replacing plant stock as required
- Watering landscapes using water trucks or hand watering methods
- Preparing, maintaining, and cleaning work sites to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Safely operating landscaping equipment and power tools
- Following all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) policies and company procedures
- Working collaboratively with supervisors and team members to deliver projects on time and to a high standard

About You

- Minimum 12 months' experience in commercial landscape maintenance or horticulture
- Sound knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including turf care, planting, mulching, irrigation, and weed management




- Experience operating landscaping equipment, with zero-turn mower experience highly regarded
- Current Australian Driver Licence and reliable transport
- Current White Card (or willingness to obtain before commencing)
- A strong work ethic and the ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Full Australian working rights
