Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Wind Turbine Blade Repair Technicians to join our expanding team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for carrying out inspections, structural repairs, and composite blade repairs on wind turbines using rope access or elevated work platforms while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform wind turbine blade inspections and repairs.
- Carry out composite laminating, sanding, filling, and finishing.
- Repair leading edge erosion, cracks, delamination, lightning damage, and structural defects.
- Complete repair documentation and quality records.




- Work safely at heights using rope access or elevated work platforms.
- Follow company procedures and client specifications.
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

About You

- We are looking for motivated professionals who have:
- Previous experience in wind turbine blade repair.
- Experience with composite repairs and fibre-reinforced materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor workplace.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to travel for project work.

Desirable Qualifications

- GWO Basic Safety Training
- IRATA or SPRAT Rope Access (preferred)
- Working at Heights
- White Card (Australia)
- EWP Licence (desirable)
- Current Driver Licence
- First Aid and CPR
