About You
You're a commercially-minded hands-on finance leader who combines technical strength with strong people leadership. You'll bring:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline; CPA or CA qualification preferred but not required.
- Substantial experience in a senior finance role, with solid exposure to consolidated, multi-entity reporting.
- Solid grounding in accounting standards (AASB), consolidation and group reporting techniques.
- A track record of building, leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable operating at board level.
- Strong attention to detail balanced with big-picture commercial thinking.
- Confidence working with financial systems and ERP platforms, with an eye for process improvement. System change management experience ideal.
Why Apply
This is an opportunity to take a senior finance leadership role with genuine influence over finance strategy and decision-making, within a growing retail organisation that values integrity, collaboration and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with the CFO and leadership team, with real scope to shape the finance function's future direction.
