DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in driving the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable, secure, and highly available cloud platforms. This role requires deep expertise in Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD, and DevOps best practices, along with strong leadership capabilities to mentor engineering teams and deliver enterprise grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage multitenant
- Kubernetes platforms to support multiple engineering teams and workloads
- Architect and deploy scalable infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments
- Develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Helm, Ansible, and customize
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of distributed systems and cloud platforms
DevOps & Automation
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins, and FluxCD
- Implement GitOps practices to enable automated, auditable, and consistent deployments
- Drive automation initiatives, including AIdriven process improvements, to enhance operational efficiency
- Develop internal tools and automation scripts using Python, Node.js, and Bash
Security, Monitoring & Reliability
- Implement secure secrets management using tools like HashiCorp Vault
- Enforce platform governance and compliance through policy-ascode
- (e.g., Kyverno)
- Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, and PagerDuty
- Lead vulnerability remediation efforts to strengthen system security and compliance posture
Development & Integration
- Support backend development and API design for internal tools and platform automation
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, and InfluxDB
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8–10+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure
- Robust hands-on experience with:
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
- CI/CD and DevOps tooling
- Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration
- Experience implementing GitOps and Infrastructure-as-Code
- Strong knowledge of monitoring and observability frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
- Experience in enterprise platform engineering or multi-tenant environments
- Familiarity with AI-driven automation tools
- Background in web application development or startup environments
