We're partnering with a highly successful and rapidly expanding business group to recruit a People & Culture Business Partner. This is an opportunity to join an established People & Culture team and work closely with senior leaders across a diverse portfolio of businesses throughout Australia and New Zealand.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Regional People & Culture Manager, you'll join a well-established P&C; function supporting approximately 30 businesses across Australia and New Zealand.

Working in a true business partnering capacity, you'll collaborate with senior leaders and executives to provide strategic and operational HR support while helping drive a positive and high-performing culture across the group.

Your responsibilities will include





- Providing expert advice and coaching to leaders on people-related matters
- Partnering with managers to build capability and improve leadership effectiveness
- Assisting with workforce planning, engagement and organisational development initiatives
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple businesses
- Promoting best-practice HR processes, policies and compliance
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the broader P&C; function

About You

- Experience in a Senior HR Advisor, Senior HR Generalist or People & Culture Business Partner role
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to build credibility and influence at all levels of an organisation
