Are you a relationship-driven sales professional with a passion for hospitality and a talent for opening doors?

At Silkari Hotels, we are growing our portfolio and looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue and market share across our Corporate, Crew, Sport & Entertainment segments.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic hotel group and play a key role in growing business across a diverse portfolio of hotels and resorts. You'll be responsible for developing strong client partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering measurable revenue outcomes.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, this role is focused on developing and growing revenue from:

- Corporate Accounts
- Airline & Crew Business
- Sport & Entertainment Markets
- Key Commercial Partnerships

Your success will come from balancing relationship management with proactive business development - growing existing accounts while winning new business across the portfolio.

You'll spend your time:

- 70% growing share from existing clients and strengthening relationships
- 20% prospecting and converting new accounts
- 10% administration and account management

What You'll Be Doing

- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive rooms revenue across key market segments
- Growing and managing a portfolio of corporate and commercial accounts
- Prospecting,



negotiating and converting current business opportunities
- Building strong relationships with key decision-makers and travel buyers
- Conducting client meetings, site inspections, familiarisation and networking events
- Representing Silkari Hotels at trade shows and industry events
- Working closely with Hotel Managers, Revenue and Operations teams to maximise results
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and commercial opportunities

About You

You are commercially minded, relationship focused and highly motivated to deliver results.

To be successful, you will ideally have:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in hotel sales or business development
- Proven experience achieving sales targets and growing accounts
- Strong networking and relationship-building capability
- Confidence presenting, influencing and negotiating at all levels
- Ability to prospect and convert new business opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A resilient, proactive and self-driven attitude
- Hospitality or accommodation industry experience highly regarded
