Role Purpose

To provide high‑quality occupational health, pre‑employment, health surveillance, fitness‑for‑duty, medico‑legal and medical advisory services that support client workforce health, safety and risk management requirements. The Medical Practitioner will deliver clinically sound assessments, evidence‑based recommendations and skilled medical opinions in accordance with Redimed's clinical governance framework.

- Pre‑employment medical assessments
- Coal Board Medicals
- Fitness‑for‑work assessments
- Injury management reviews
- Vaccinations (when required)
- Medical advisory services
- Functional and safety‑critical worker assessments
