About the Role

Join the Coles Relay team as a Project Lead / Project Coordinator and play a key role in delivering in-store merchandising and layout transformations across Coles Supermarkets.

You’ll coordinate and/or lead projects such as store renewals, resets, and current store setup, ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption to customers and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate or lead in-store relay projects from planning through to execution
- Implement merchandising layouts and ensure compliance with standards
- Support project scheduling, resourcing, and daily operations onsite
- Engage with Store Managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
- Monitor team performance, productivity,



and project progress
- Maintain a safe, clean, and customer-friendly store environment

About You

- Experience in retail, merchandising, or project coordination (preferred)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment
- Proven ability to problem‑solve and prioritise tasks
- Leadership experience (or readiness to step into a leadership role)
