Tareve Transport & Heavy Haulage is a growing transport company specialising in bulk haulage, heavy haulage and container logistics throughout Queensland and Western Australia.
We're looking for a motivated Transport Yard Hand / Forklift Operator to join our Wellcamp depot. This is a hands-on role that plays an important part in keeping our fleet, workshop and yard operating safely and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing
Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include:
- Loading and unloading trailers using a forklift.
- Container lifts
- Moving trucks and trailers around the depot.
- Collecting parts and workshop supplies.
- Assisting mechanics with servicing and maintenance activities.
- Washing trucks, trailers and equipment to a high standard.
- Changing truck and trailer tyres.
- General yard maintenance and housekeeping.
- Keeping the yard safe, organised and presentable.
- Assisting the operations and workshop teams when required.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role you'll have:
- Current Driver Licence (essential).
- Current Forklift Licence (LF) (essential).
- A solid commitment to workplace safety.
- Good communication skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Pride in maintaining equipment and keeping a tidy workplace.
- A strong work ethic and reliability.
Highly Regarded
- Previous experience in the transport or heavy vehicle industry.
- Mechanical knowledge or workshop experience.
- Experience operating forklifts / mobile plant.
