The Shellharbour Club are searching for Part-timeFood and Beverage Attendantsto provide our patrons with memorable dining experiences. The Food and Beverage team is a large department who provides amazing customer service across multiple food outlets, events and bars.

Exceptional communication skills.

Previous Barista experience is preferred.

Previous Bar and cocktail experience is preferred.

Current RSA.

Team player with a positive can do attitude.

Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, weekends and enjoy working late nights, we trade to 4am.

Must have availability Friday night and weekends.

Ability to work split shifts.

Enjoy working Saturday and public holidays and receive the higher weekend and public holiday penalty rates.

Working within this role, you would be responsible for:

Wait service, including delivery of meals to patrons and clearing tables.

Assisting in functions and events.

Bar service, including mixing and serving drinks to patrons.





Taking orders and assisting patrons with menu choices.

Floor duties, including the collection of glasses and general cleaning.
