We are looking for an Intermediate Accountant to join our Business Services team in our current Brisbane City office.
The role will see you work with Partners and Managers on a range of client assignments. The successful candidate would typically be in the process of completing either the CA or CPA program. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an Australian CA or CPA firm. The work involved includes a mixture of compliance work, such as the completion of tax returns and tax planning, preparation of financial statements, BAS returns and client reporting.
What we're looking for:
- 2-4 years' accounting experience in business services
- Bachelor of Accounting or Commerce degree
- Enrolled in either CA or CPA (or qualified)
- Experience in Xero and MYOB
- Great attention to detail and communication skills

Our business services team is our largest team with 40 staff and 5 Partners in Brisbane and on the Sunshine Coast. Our teams work across a range of client industries, focusing mainly on business clients. The successful candidate will be working in a team that focuses mostly on the SME market and clients that are family owned and managed.

The remuneration for the successful candidate will be based on experience and market. We are committed to regularly reviewing remuneration positions and we ensure that we match or exceed the market for our people.
