About the Opportunity

We're looking for an Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Co-ordinator to support the day-to-day management and optimisation of the ghd ANZ online business.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for ecommerce and digital marketing who wants to gain hands-on experience across website management, digital campaigns, trading analysis and customer experience.

Working closely with our Ecommerce and Digital team, you'll be responsible for executing website updates, supporting promotional activity, testing customer journeys, analysing performance data and helping deliver best-in-class digital experiences across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering website content updates, product launches, merchandising changes and campaign execution across the AU and NZ websites

Setting up and testing promotions, landing pages and customer journeys to ensure a premium online experience

Supporting major commercial and brand events including tactical trade plans, , seasonal campaigns and product launches

Monitoring website performance, identifying issues and opportunities, and supporting trade performance

Assisting with ecommerce reporting, campaign analysis and performance tracking

Supporting digital marketing activity across performance marketing, affiliate, SEO,, content campaigns and digital channel execution

Coordinating assets,



tracking requirements and campaign readiness across digital touchpoints and communicating to external agency partners

Working collaboratively with ecommerce, digital, supply, operations and global teams to deliver business objectives

About You

You are passionate about ecommerce, digital marketing and creating exceptional customer experiences.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail and love combining creativity with data-driven decision making.

You'll also bring:

1-3 years' experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, website administration or online retail

Experience working with CMS or ecommerce platforms

Robust analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics 4, Excel and reporting dashboards

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities

Confidence working across multiple stakeholders and teams

A genuine passion for digital commerce, consumer behaviour and marketing

Experience within beauty, fashion, lifestyle or retail brands will be highly regarded.
