About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a Collections Officer to join our team in a full-time capacity at our Liverpool HQ location.

This role plays a critical part in supporting the financial health of the business, working across a variety of funding streams including NDIS plan-managed and self-managed, Medicare and private clients.

You’ll be responsible for following up outstanding accounts, resolving billing queries, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. There is a leadership opportunity for the right candidate as the team continues to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing outstanding accounts across multiple funding streams
- Conducting outbound calls to follow up overdue payments
- Liaising with NDIS plan managers, clients, and internal teams
- Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies




- Supporting end-to-end debt recovery processes
- Maintaining accurate records and notes across systems
- Working closely with finance and operations teams to improve processes

About You

- You’re confident, professional, and know how to have firm but respectful conversations.
- Previous experience in collections, debt recovery, or high-volume outbound calling
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive conversations
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
- Resilient and solutions-focused

Highly regarded:

- Experience working with NDIS invoicing or funding models
- Exposure to healthcare, allied health, or similar environments
