Position: Reception / Legal Secretary
Location: Wynnum, Brisbane
Employment Type: Part-Time 1 to 3 days a week

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Reception / Legal Secretary to join our team in the Wynnum office to assist our solicitors in providing exceptional service to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:

Offering comprehensive support for our solicitors and clients to help them achieve their goals

Preparing basic documents for court and the Titles Office with precision

Managing records administration to ensure easy and efficient access to files

Working according to established policies and procedures.
