- Work unsupervised
- Set up woodworking machinery
- Read shop drawings
- Complete jobs to a very high level of quality
- Maintain and care for tools and equipment
- Adhere to the company's safety protocols and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area on a daily basis
- Uphold the company's Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S;) policy
Skills and Experience:
- Construction or trade background
- Valid Driver’s license
- Valid white card (construction safety certification)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask effectively and prioritize safety
