About the role:

As anAdministrationTeam Member, you will be the face of our store, always ready to give it a red-hot go!Delivering excellent customer service while providing essential administrative support. You will work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations, from managing phone and in-person inquiries toassistingwith administrative tasks.

This is a full-time role and flexibility to work 9am-5pm Wednesday to Sunday isrequiredso that we can provide the best experience to our customers.

We provide an adult pay ratefor18 years of age andabove at$29.86per hour for this role.

What’sinvolved:

- Greet andassistcustomers with inquiries, directing them to theappropriate departmentor team member

- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a friendly and professional manner

- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and record keeping

- Assistwith scheduling, ordering supplies, andmaintainingoffice inventory

- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a calm and effective manner

You’llneed:

- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment

- A passion for upholding safety andorganisationalstandards across the site

- Ability to multitask andprioritiseeffectively in a fast-paced environment

- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
