Vinidex is seeking a highly engaged HSE Manager to drive a proactive safety culture at the Smithfield manufacturing facility. You will coach frontline leaders, strengthen risk ownership and lead incident investigations, return‑to‑work coordination and HSE training across the site.

You will partner with operations, manage injuries, monitor metrics, and contribute to group safety governance and APAC projects while ensuring regulatory and environmental compliance.
