About the role

As a Development Consultant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development and delivery of greenfield locations within the Snap Fitness brand. Reporting to the National Development Manager – Property, this position involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, advising franchisees on various aspects of the development process, and collaborating closely with our Leasing and franchise sales teams across Australia and New Zealand. If you're passionate about project management, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a rapid-paced workplace, this role is for you.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Property Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.

3 years’ experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

Proven experience in project management,



preferably in the development of franchised locations.

Strong understanding of town planning processes, building requirements, and design approvals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with franchisees and internal teams.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
