Selection Criteria
- Experience in production scheduling, manufacturing planning, supply chain planning, or operations coordination.
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
Selection Process
- Pre-screen call (up to 1 hour)
- In-person panel interview at our Alexandria office (1 hour)
- Two reference checks for shortlisted applicants
