We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Medical Practice Manager to join our friendly team on a full-time basis. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused workplace.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive General Practice Manager to oversee the strategic and operational success of our clinic. You will be the pivotal link between our GPs, nursing staff, admin team, and patients, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and roster a multidisciplinary team of reception and clinical support staff.
- Compliance & Accreditation: Ensure adherence to RACGP standards, WHS regulations, and privacy legislation.
- Patient Experience: Oversee the patient feedback framework and drive continuous quality improvement.
About You
You are a compassionate, confident leader with a proven track record in healthcare management. You thrive in a dynamic environment and possess the ability to inspire a team and manage multiple stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Practice Manager or similar healthcare leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Medicare billing systems and clinic software.
- BP software and PRODA experience.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of clinical governance and accreditation frameworks.
