Dialysis Australia in Sydney NSW is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) with renal dialysis expertise to deliver home haemodialysis care for patients in their homes, maintaining a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio and coordinating care across disciplines.

You will provide education, counselling and group support to patients, mentor less experienced staff, and participate in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring high standards of care and positive patient outcomes.
