We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Storeperson to join our team at Cass Brothers - Bathroom, Kitchen and Plumbing Supplies' in Petersham, NSW. The Full-time (Monday to Friday 8am-5pm) Warehouse Person is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, dispatching goods accurately & efficiently and delivering goods. They ensure that inventory is managed in accordance with company procedures and that the warehouse operates safely, cleanly, and effectively.

What you'll be doing

- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accurate stock levels and condition
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory as required
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse
