About the Role
We deliver building maintenance and project services to major commercial clients across Australia, ranging from:
Planned Preventative Maintenance
Minor refurbishment works
Disaster recovery (flood, fire, storm events)
You will be an essential member of our Project Team — self‑reliant, organised, and confident in communicating with trades, subcontractors, and clients. Solid support is provided from our experienced Admin and Management teams, and ongoing training is available.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing accurate costings and quotes
Allocating resources efficiently across trade and subcontractor teams
Engaging specialist subcontractors and onboarding new suppliers
Managing inductions, insurance, and compliance documents
Coordinating site visits and arranging access
Reviewing, understanding, analysing and presenting trade reports to clients with informed understanding of what's required.
Completing job reviews before invoicing
Ensuring all completed works meet client requirements prior to invoicing
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Experience in a coordination/project management role
Strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent communication
Ability to prioritise competing demands under pressure
A solutions‑focused, energetic, “make it happen” attitude
Experience in refurbishment and remodelling type work
What we're looking for
Formal carpentry qualifications, Certificate III in Carpentry
Experienced in estimating
The ability to scope minor works projects and build an estimate from the scope
The ability to develop a scope of works to issue to subcontractors for the purpose of requesting a price
Strong attention to professional communication, details and presentation
Problem-solving approach
Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe work environment
Current White Card (Construction Induction) certification is required before commencing employment
Australian citizenship is required for this position
