Job Description

Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Advertising Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of advertising strategies that strengthen brand presence and drive business growth. This role suits a strategic thinker with strong creative judgement, stakeholder management skills, and hands‑on experience across media planning and campaign delivery.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping advertising direction across multiple channels while ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. Key Responsibilities Plan, develop, and oversee advertising strategies and campaigns to support brand, product, and business objectives

Assess advertising requirements and determine appropriate creative approaches, messaging styles, and campaign themes Coordinate and allocate advertising tasks to internal teams and external agencies, ensuring quality and timely delivery Review, evaluate, and approve advertising concepts, artwork, and copy prior to publication or release

Select, assemble, and refine advertising materials across print, digital, broadcast, and online media Determine appropriate media channels, placements, and schedules to maximise reach, engagement, and return on investment Monitor campaign performance and provide insights, recommendations, and improvements based on data and outcomes

Manage relationships with media partners, creative agencies, and suppliers Ensure advertising activities comply with brand guidelines, legal standards, and industry regulations Prepare reports, budgets,



and forecasts related to advertising expenditure and campaign effectiveness

Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline Proven experience in advertising management, campaign planning, or marketing communications

Strong understanding of media planning, advertising channels, and creative production processes Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimise campaigns Proficiency in advertising platforms, reporting tools, and marketing technologies Well‑developed organisational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Experience managing integrated or multi‑channel advertising campaigns

Exposure to digital advertising, performance marketing, or programmatic media Prior experience working with external agencies or media partners Knowledge of Australian advertising standards and compliance requirements
