Recovery Partners is seeking a motivated Rehabilitation Consultant to drive life‑changing outcomes by working one‑to‑one with clients to support their recovery and return to work. You’ll lead Rehabilitation Case Management, conduct Functional & Worksite Assessments, and collaborate with employers to create positive outcomes.
Base locations include Sutherland, Blacktown or CBD. The role offers ongoing CPD support, mentoring, and a team‑oriented culture with tech gear provided for field work.
