Due to continued growth, we are looking for a HVAC Audit Technician to join our Sydney Team

What will you be doing?

- Travelling to sites within Sydney Metro and Regional NSW to conductsite asset life cycle, condition, risk, and replacement assessments
- Collectingkey asset informationacrossHVAC & BMSServices.
- Auditing individual assetsusing Grosvenor’s advanced technology
- Conveying collected audit data and key findings to relevant stakeholders – allowing strategic asset management
- Developing relationshipsand partnering with clients to achieve auditing outcomes.
- Identifying opportunities for potential repairs, upgrade works, refurbishments, and new business

What will you need to join the team?





- Trade Qualification– Cert III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration
- Hands on experiencewith repairs, emergency breakdowns and maintenance on a variety of HVAC/BMS assets in commercial backgrounds
- Ability to work within a team or autonomously
- Awesome communications skills– the ability to build excellent client relationships
- Proven track record of deliveringhigh quality outcomes
- Intermediate computer skillsto use our internally developed programs, as well as Microsoft Office package.
- The willingness to learn, as well as contribute your knowledge and skills to the team and company
