Innovate Earthworks is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to operate 5 tonne excavators, posi tracks and swivel tippers with MR/HR truck driving on some sites across South-east Queensland. The role requires appropriate licenses and proven hands‑on machine experience. On‑ground training is provided.
Immediate full‑time employment is offered. Ideal candidates have landscaping, civil or trade backgrounds, solid attention to detail, and the ability to work both in a team and unsupervised.
