We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our growing team and help shape the next chapter of Kpat Hotels as the business continues to expand its hospitality footprint.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a highly motivated Junior Graphic Designer with a sharp aesthetic, strong conceptual thinking, and a strategic mindset to join the Kpat Hotels team.

- A talented graphic designer with a sharp eye for detail and a growing portfolio that shows craft, versatility and big ideas brought to life
- Someone excited to shape and elevate creative across Kpat Hotel's brand and our portfolio of iconic venues, delivering work that cuts through and inspires our guests
- A collaborative spirit who thrives on working with stakeholders across the business to bring guest first ideas to life
- Strong conceptual thinking paired with flawless execution across digital, print, social, in venue and campaign touchpoints
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with motion or video skills a bonus
- The ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment without compromising quality
- A proactive, curious mindset and genuine passion for hospitality, culture and design
- Someone ready to make their mark in one of the most exciting, high impact creative roles in the company, working within the Marketing & Creative team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support the design and delivery of creative assets across Kpat Hotel's brand and venue portfolio,



spanning digital, social, print, in venue and campaign touchpoints
- Assist the Creative Director in bringing concepts to life, from initial ideation through to final artwork and production
- Roll out approved creative across multiple formats and channels, ensuring consistency, accuracy and attention to detail every time
- Prepare files for print and digital output, following brand guidelines and production specifications
- Manage and organise creative assets, templates and libraries to keep the team running smoothly
- Respond to briefs and feedback with a positive, can do attitude
- Juggle multiple small projects and quick turnaround requests while keeping quality high
- Stay across design trends, culture and hospitality to keep our creative fresh and relevant
- Learn and grow within the Marketing & Creative team, taking on more ownership as your skills develop
