We’re on the lookout for a reliable, hands-on Workshop & Display Yard Assistant to join our growing team in Mackay.
This is a varied, fast-paced role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and wants to be part of a professional team in the caravan and RV industry.
About the Role
No two days are the same. You’ll play a key role in keeping both our showroom and workshop environments looking sharp and running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring showroom and public areas are always clean, tidy, and presentable
- Washing and cleaning caravans to a high standard
- Assisting the service team with general workshop tasks
- Detailing caravans ready for customer delivery
- Basic Caravan Servicing (under supervision)
- General yard duties and ensuring the venue is presented neatly
- Basic gardening and outdoor maintenance
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Takes pride in presentation and attention to detail
- Is reliable, punctual, and has a strong work ethic
- Enjoys hands-on, physical work
- Can work both independently and as part of a team
- Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
- Holds a current driver’s licence (essential)
- Forklift License is highly desirable
