We are seeking experienced machine operators to join our team in South West Sydney.

Responsibilities

- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Loading and unloading materials onto manufacturing lines
- Following production schedules and work instructions
- Conducting quality checks and inspections
- Packaging and preparing finished products for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and safe work setting
- Following workplace health and safety procedures




- Assisting with general factory and process duties as required

Your Profile

- Previous factory, manufacturing, process work, or machine operating experience
- The physical capability to perform repetitive manual handling and heavy lifting
- Comfort working in a dirty, dusty, and fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance record
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
- Availability for shift work and overtime when required
