About the role

This is a key QLD leadership role responsible for regional sales performance, team coaching, recent business growth and account optimisation. You will lead a team across a mix of product, equipment and service‑led customer solutions.

Duties

- Lead, coach and develop the QLD sales team
- Drive new business across commercial and multi‑site customers
- Grow existing accounts through solution‑led conversations
- Improve sales cadence, pipeline, forecasting and accountability
- Partner with operations to solve customer issues quickly

Skills and experience

- Regional or state sales leadership experience
- Strong B2B distribution,



equipment or solution sales background
- Proven ability to coach, challenge and lift sales performance
- Comfortable with targets, margin, pipeline and account plans
- Experience selling to commercial, contractor or multi‑site customers
