A leading technology manufacturer that manufactures photocopiers and printers globally is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee workshop Service Technician to join theirteam based in Kemps Creek, NSW. This full-time permanent opportunity isideal for someone looking to launch a rewarding career in the office technology industry.

- Configure and set up multi-functional devices and printers to meet specific customer requirements.
- Perform installations, initial setups, repairs, and troubleshooting.
- Refurbish machines, conduct operational tests, and ensure specifications are met for effective installations.
- Follow the provided training plan in both workshop and field settings.
- Assemble and configure, 'run-up', Multi-Functional Devices.




- Participate in fieldwork at least one day per month.
- Shadow Customer Service Technicians at customer sites to:
- Train customers on equipment usage.
- Support equipment installation on customer networks.
- Run test prints.
- Complete onsite customer repairs.
- Learn to diagnose faults by asking discovery questions.
- Learn the process of:
- Calling customers.
- Diagnosing and understanding issues.
- Scheduling site visits.
- Diagnosing problems on-site.
- Handle customer issues and reactions effectively.
- Resolve problems in a timely and appropriate manner.
