We are currently seeking an experienced Storeperson to join our warehouse team on AM shift. This is a full time permanent opportunity with a stable, growing Australian business. AM shift hours are 5.30am–2.00pm Monday and 6.00am–2.00pm Tuesday to Friday, totalling a 38-hour week.

About the Role

This role will provide plenty of variety across warehouse operations, including picking, packing, replenishment, putaway, stock movement and general warehouse duties.

Key responsibilities include:

- Accurate and timely picking and packing of customer and/or production orders using a reach truck or electric pallet jack;

- Pull-downs, pick-face replenishment and putaway of incoming goods;

- High reach activities as required;





- Using RF technology to pick and pack orders and record replenishments and putaways;

- Packing orders to ensure product and packaging quality while in transit;

- Performing daily start-up checks and basic maintenance of material handling equipment;

- Maintaining warehouse housekeeping standards;

- Reporting non-conformances and food safety issues;

- Assisting with stocktakes;

- Other related warehouse tasks as required.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Previous warehouse, stores or pick-packing experience;

- High attention to detail;

- Good communication skills;

- A reliable, team-focused attitude;

- Current LF Forklift Licence required, with high reach experience highly regarded; and

- Experience using RF scanning technology highly regarded, although training can be provided.

You will also need to have a stable work history, a strong work ethic and the ability to perform manual handling as required.
