We are seeking experienced ICT BUSINESS ANALYST to join our team. In this position, you will provide support to the IT department and spot potential for development and create plans to maximise production and efficiency.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for complex enterprise software projects
- Analyse and interpret data to understand trends to inform ICT systems decisions
- Map business processes and systems using techniques such as business process modelling
- Design backend solutions using Xano and develop front-end applications in Bubble.io
- Maintain existing Bubble and Xano applications
- Ensure seamless integration with existing systems
- Perform gap analysis and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency and user experience
- Create workflows, databases, and APIs that align with business needs and ensure seamless integration with existing systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops and discussions
- Maintain enterprise-level security, scalability,



and performance

To be considered for this role you must have:

- Formal Qualifications or minimum of 5 years' experience required
- Familiarity with additional no-code platforms and tools
- Experience with enterprise-grade integrations, data migrations, and system architecture
- Certifications in Business Analysis or related fields (e.g., CBAP, PBA)
- Advanced proficiency in Xano for backend development and API management
- Advanced proficiency in Bubble.io for no-code/low-code application development
- Advanced proficiency in integrating with existing platforms (.NET)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Extensive experience in requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder engagement for large enterprise projects
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Solid documentation skills, including creating user stories, process flows, and wireframes

Salary: Between $95,000 and $100,000 per annum + Super
