The opportunity to join one of the world's biggest Retail businesses in the Fashion Apparel & Lifestyle sector, trading all of the world. With a cult following, fiercely loyal customer base and enormous store networks around the globe, this is a highly strategic, high impact role, working directly alongside Senior Leadership.

The Role:

Reporting directly into the Head of Brand and General Manager, this role will be a true partner in shaping, driving & delivering the end to end trade & CRO strategy. Leading a solid, high-performing team, this role will own the global eCommerce trade strategy, driving strong CVRs, Traffic & AOV and build on phenomenal trade success. With huge Digital Transformation projects on the roadmap, this role will join one of the most advanced Digital teams in the industry, scaling to new heights, with cutting edge technology & a powerhouse team to deliver.

- A highly strategic, eCommerce Trade & Optimisation background, with experience in developing & delivering high-performing initiatives to deliver solid growth online
- Solid understanding of onsite Merchandising, Search, CRO and UX
principles and deep CMS understanding
- A highly analytical approach, and the ability to analyse heat-maps and data-sets to drive strategic decision making
- Global, international market experience would be super advantageous, but not essential
- Previous experience in owning the full CRO strategy,



delivering feature enhancements projects & new development projects
- Fashion, Beauty or Lifestyle brand experience would be really beneficial, but not essential
- Wider, cross-functional experience across the broad Digital mix and the ability to collaborate closely with Development, CRM & Performance teams
- Hands on, strategic & deep knowledge of Shopify or SFCC would be super beneficial
- A solid track record of delivering YoY growth, increasing CVR, AOV & onsite traffic
