We have an prospect for a vibrant, dependable female Support Worker near the Blakehurst region to support a lovely 12-year girl with an intellectual disability. This job would be most suitable for a local applicant.

This role involves pick up from local school and transport training to the Particpants home via public Bus, as this is a primary NDIS goal

Key Responsibilities:

- Pick up from the local school in vehicle
- Teach her how to catch public transport home, identifying local landmarks
- Understanding money and cash handling
- Thursdays 3.15pm - 6.15pm
- Potential for more days involving Community Participation.

Requirements:

- Experience in Disability Support,
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Certificate NDIS Workers Screening Check / Module
- Working with Children Clearance
- Police Check
- Fluency in English
- Driver’s license with insured vehicle

Hourly rate is $42 per hour.
