BZC Group Pty Ltd is a growing retail group operating the Mumulife and MultiU brands, specialising in fashionable and trend-driven products. We are seeking a Data Analyst to drive commercial performance across the group through the analysis and interpretation of sales, pricing, and product data.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse and interpret sales, pricing and stock data across Mumulife and MultiU stores, franchise outlets, and the warehouse channel
- Apply data analytics and visualisation techniques to prepare regular reports and dashboards for management and franchise partners
- Evaluate the effectiveness of pricing, promotions, and markdowns, and provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.
- Forecast sales demand for new and continuing product lines to inform buying and stock allocation decisions.
- Specify the data to be collected across group systems and the methodology for collection and analysis, and evaluate the reliability and utility of source information.




- Work with buying and warehouse teams to align product range and stock levels with sales trends at each location.
- Perform data mining and data cleansing to maintain accuracy and consistency of sales data across group systems and to discover trends and extract insights.

Skills & Experience

- Bachelor degree in an ICT-related discipline
- At least 12 months' experience in dataanalysis, sales analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong skills in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Power BI or similar).
- Understanding of retail operations, sales, and stock management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
