Unidex Healthcare is looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to support a young male with complex physical needs in a home and community setting.

You will assist with personal care, transfers, bowel care, mobility, daily routines, light domestic tasks and transport to therapy appointments. The participant enjoys NRL, gym, outdoors and time with his dog, and aims to build independence.
