About the role:
As a Personal Carer Trainee, you'll provide care to your clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life. You will spend your time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes and supporting them with daily activities. In-home personal care includes daily living assistance such as showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing. Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan, supporting community-based recreational and social activities, and offering transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.

Role requirements:
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) - Essential
- Roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work - Essential
- Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc.
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
