The Role
As part of a high-performing delivery team, you will be responsible for developing and supporting Salesforce solutions that are scalable, secure, and user-focused. You’ll work closely with architects, business analysts, testers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative outcomes across a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Develop automation solutions and improve business processes through platform capabilities.
- Contribute to platform enhancements,
performance optimisation, and technical improvements.
- Support CI/CD deployment processes and release activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
About You
- Proven experience developing Salesforce solutions within enterprise environments.
- Robust skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and Salesforce customisation.
- Experience with integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps practices, version control, and deployment tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in Agile delivery teams.
