We are seeking an enthusiastic Warehouse operator on a casual basis to join our dynamic team at UAC Australia Pty Ltd in Banksmeadow, NSW. There is weekday and weekend work usually from 20 to 40 hours per week.
What you'll be doing
- Receiving, unpacking and processing incoming and outbound Airfreight shipments
- Accurately matching of shipment details between goods and paperwork
- Assisting with the organisation and upkeep of the warehouse
- Operating various warehouse equipment such as forklifts
- Adhering to all health, safety and quality control procedures
- Supporting the wider warehouse and logistics team as required
What we're looking for
- A minimum 2 years experience in a warehousing, logistics or distribution role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Good physical fitness and ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy items
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Permanent residency status in Australia is required for this position
