About The Role
Working alongside experienced Project Managers, you'll gain hands‑on exposure to every stage of the project lifecycle—from planning and procurement through to delivery and handover. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to move beyond project administration and develop into a fully‑fledged Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Support Project Managers in the planning and delivery of commercial HVAC projects.
Assist with project scheduling, procurement and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, contracts, variations and compliance records.
Assist with project budgets, forecasting, cost tracking and financial administration.
Coordinate project meetings, prepare reports and maintain accurate project records.
Support quality assurance, safety and project compliance requirements.
Liaise with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure projects continue to progress successfully.
Attend site inspections and project meetings while assisting with issue resolution.
Help coordinate project resources and workforce planning.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and project delivery excellence.
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced project environment and is looking to build a long‑term career in project management. Ideally, you'll bring:
Experience in Project Administration, Project Coordination or an Assistant Project Management role within construction, HVAC or building services.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience with project documentation, procurement and financial administration.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience using project or document management systems.
An understanding of construction processes and project delivery.
A qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn and the ambition to progress into a Project Manager position.
