The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate senior front-end developer to join a highly performing product development team and help shape the front-end web client that powers our enterprise applications. This is a senior role for someone who enjoys building high quality, well performing user interfaces and driving continuous improvement — evolving the framework, component patterns and reusable building blocks that the broader development team adopts, and mentoring others along the way.

Working alongside senior technical leadership, you will take ownership of front-end technical decisions, apply modern engineering and AI-assisted practices to lift productivity, quality and consistency across the development team.

Key activities

- Design and develop the front-end application framework, component architecture and reusable patterns for our enterprise web client
- Build responsive, accessible and high performing interfaces that scale to enterprise data volumes and user loads
- Partner with senior technical leadership to define, document and continually uplift front-end engineering standards and the design system
- Apply automated testing, secure coding and code review practices to maintain engineering quality
- Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools with appropriate validation and governance
- Lead and mentor other developers,



and contribute to the front-end technology strategy and roadmap
- Keep relevant stakeholders up-to-date throughout the course of projects

We believe in hiring for cultural contribution, and nurturing for skills development; however, there are some things we need from you to be successful in this role:

- Experience in a senior front-end development role delivering enterprise-scale applications
- Advanced, demonstrable expertise in React.js, including hooks, component architecture and modern state management
- Practical experience building application framework patterns, design systems and reusable component libraries
- Understanding of RESTful API integration and Distributed Systems (n-tier) architecture; exposure to .NET / server-side enterprise development highly regarded
- Experience with automated front-end testing frameworks and CI/CD practices
- Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools, with an understanding of validation, security and intellectual property considerations
- Strong analysis, problem solving and communication skills
- Passionate about software design and technology
