You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with top performers, contributing strategically across every stage of the sales process — from prospecting and campaign execution to negotiations and client care. Key Responsibilities

- Partner with senior agents to manage and execute high-performing sales campaigns

- Build and maintain trusted client relationships through consistent communication and service excellence

- Conduct detailed property and market research to inform pricing, marketing, and negotiation strategy

- Manage and attend open homes, private inspections,



and follow-up activity with buyers and vendors

- Proactively drive prospecting and database engagement to generate new opportunities

- Support day-to-day operations with precision, ensuring every campaign runs seamlessly
