The Commercial Cleaner (Subcontractor) is responsible for delivering thorough and consistent cleaning services to a range of commercial clients within the Brisbane region. This role requires attention to detail, reliability and the ability to work independently while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform general commercial cleaning tasks, including but not limited to vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of offices, common areas, bathrooms, and other commercial spaces
- Follow site-specific cleaning schedules and checklists
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company quality standards and client expectations
- Safely use and handle cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or concerns promptly




- Maintain a professional standard of conduct when representing the business

Requirements

- Availability to work after hours
- Valid QLD driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle and transport
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Trustworthy, punctual, and professional attitude
- Previous commercial cleaning experience
