We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience & Marketing Assistant to join our growing team at our Birtinya Head Office. This is the perfect opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to gain hands-on experience across customer service, administration, product data, digital marketing, content, influencer partnerships, retail marketing and all within a fast-growing international design brand.

No two days are the same. At the core you will be always on for customer support, helping clients execute their dream home over phone, email and chat. In and around our time with customers you will be supporting the marketing team across a range of tasks including content and digital marketing.

What you'll be doing:

- Delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email and social media.
- Provide administration support to the Customer Experience team.
- Oversee key areas of product data upload for digital platforms.




- Supporting marketing campaigns across digital, retail and social channels.
- Assisting with influencer and affiliate partnerships.
- Supporting retail events and brand activations.

About you. You'll be someone who:

- Has 1-3 years' experience in Customer Service
- Confident with technology, ticketing platforms, and data entry
- Loves interiors, furniture and design.
- Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Enjoys building relationships and communicating with people.
- Has excellent written communication skills.
- Is confident using Canva (Figma is a bonus).
- Takes initiative and enjoys learning new skills.
- Loves working as part of a cooperative team.
