The practice is located in inner-west Five Dock/ Canada Bay with free onsite parking available and a pharmacy next door. Requirements
- GP must be an FRACGP/FACRRRM or General Specialist
- Not a DPA location
- No conditions on AHPRA and must be able to get a provider number to claim to medicare
