Shift Pattern

Sun, Mon, Tue and Wed 4pm-3am

The Role

Your leadership will be key to our success, helping the team meet performance and staffing management goals while enjoying a dynamic and supportive work environment. We are looking for someone with a solid operational background, a hands-on approach, and a proven track record of motivating teams to achieve excellence. Hours will be business hours but as the client site operates 24/7 remote support for the team may be required.

Your Responsibilities

- Serve as a key point of contact for client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery with a friendly touch.
- Roster building and management for a workforce over 600+.
- Motivate the team to achieve recruitment KPIs and financial targets in a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
- Demonstrate a safety first mindset that prioritises wellbeing.
- Leverage your operational expertise to streamline processes and enhance efficiency, making work enjoyable and effective.

Our Requirements

- Demonstrated experienced in creating and managing rosters to support efficient workforce planning and operational optimisation.
- Strong operational background and a hands-on approach to recruitment processes.
- Demonstrated strength in analytics and a deep focus on data accuracy and interpretation.




- Background in supply chain and logistics is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, with the ability to instil a positive safety culture within the team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
